Original clay sculptures are created by one of our seven talented Northwest artists.
The in-house mold making team applies silicone rubber to create a flexible mold that captures all the fine details of the original sculpture.
A multi-piece hard shell “mother mold” is fabricated to support the silicone inner mold.
The mold is then filled with our proprietary concrete mix, and vibrated to remove trapped air.
Once cured overnight, the mold is removed to reveal a new stone casting.
Our multistep antiquing processes ages each casting and enhances the detail and character. No two pieces end up looking the same.
The finished pieces are then hand delivered to one of our over 170 Washington and Oregon retailers.
